We offer two basic services:
Dumpter rentals for those that want to provide their own labor
Full service junk removal for those who don’t want to get their hands dirty
We serve both residential and commercial clients in the following areas:
Tracy, Stockton, Lathrop, Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, Blackhawk, Alamo
Dumpster Rental
We rent dump trailers to commercial and residential customers. We provide the delivery and pickup, and everything is included in the price.
1-day rate: $299.99– minimum
Need it longer? No problem! We offer longer rental periods ranging from 3 to 7 days.
All rates include pickup and delivery fees, labor, and taxes.
2000LB (1-ton) weight limit. Overweight fees apply. Your card will be kept on file for the duration of the rental period. If the bin is overweight or hazardous materials are discovered at the dump site, you’ll receive a separate invoice and a link to pay.
8000LB (4-ton) maximum payload
Trailer dimensions 5×10 – Great for small spaces, DIY weekend projects around the house, and aesthetically pleasing compared to other dump trailers. (Your neighbors will thank you.)
Junk Removal
We offer one-time and recurring cleanouts for residential and commercial properties, yard waste cleanouts, construction site clean-ups, and more.
We also offer single-item removal, like a single chair or TV.
After we’re done we’ll sweep the area and clean up any messes we leave behind.
All waste is disposed of properly and we do our best to sort and donate good useable items. We make sure it doesn’t end up on our roadways.
Curbside pickup is also available.
Rates:
Minimum charge: $100
Small load: $150-$350
Medium loads: $350-$600
Large loads: $600-$1100
Single item pickup: $100-$250+
UNDERSTANDING OUR PRICES
These rates are not set prices (excluding minimum charge) but are a guideline to help fit your needs. Rates are subject to change based on a variety of circumstances.
EXAMPLE: a king-sized mattress, box spring, and bed frame left outside for a curbside pickup is going to cost substantially less than if we had to disassemble and remove it from the second story of your home and bring it downstairs.
